摘要
介绍了大同DC6J65T变速箱四挡脱挡故障分析过程,从现场进行故障确认故障形态、故障件检测、故障变速箱在台架进行故障再现,通过对故障现象及脱挡原理进行系统分析,得出引起变速箱脱挡的原因,针对性采取措施,并在台架进行措施验证,最终解决脱挡故障。
This paper introduce the Datong DC6J65 Tgearbox fourth gear disengaging fault analysis process,from the field fault confirm fault types,fault detection,fault gearbox in the bench fault reproduction,through a systematic analysis of the fault phenomenon and the unsymmetry of the principle,draw off gear gearbox caused reasons,take targeted measures,and verification measures in the bench,eventually solve the unsymmetry of the fault.
