摘要 煤炭是我国的主要能源,煤炭开采过程中的高效和安全问题一直是困扰我国煤炭行业的难题,我国在20世纪80年代开始试行并逐步推广综采放顶煤技术,较好的解决了厚煤层高产、高效开采的问题,成为当前我过厚煤层开采的主要方法,但是随着煤矿开采深度的不断增加,制约综采放顶煤开采的因素也越来越多,例如顶煤的冒放性、综放工作面顶板结构与支架围岩的关系,放煤工艺,瓦斯与顶板周期来压之间的关系等等,都大大降低了机械化队伍的生产效率,该文从瓦斯治理和放煤工艺两方面进行了简要论述,实现了工作面的高产高效。 Coal is China's major energy,coal mining process efficiency and safety issue has been plagued by the problem of China's coal industry, China in the 1980s and gradually promote pilot mechanized coal caving technology, better solve the thick coal seam productive and efficient exploitation of the issue, I have become the main method is too thick seam mining, but with the increasing depth of coal mining factors mechanized coal caving mining constraints, more and more, such as top coal caving characteristics mechanized put relations on roof structure and the stent surrounding rock, caving technology, gas and between Periodic Roof, etc., have greatly reduced the efficiency of production mechanization team, this article from gas treatment and caving technology two aspects briefly discussed face to achieve a high yield and efficiency.
