摘要
随着现代企业管理的发展,人们逐渐认识到人力资源及人力资源管理的重要性,人力资源管理的教学改革工作也有重要的现实和理论意义。基于教学反馈法的人力资源管理课程改革的内容主要包括:及时收集学生教学质量及知识需求反馈信息;融入人力资源管理的新思想新理念;解读人力资源相关的法律法规政策;增加互动实践促进课堂形势多样化;指导学生未来就业求职的技巧技能。
With the development of modern corporate management,people pay more and more attention to the importance of human resource and human resource management.Thus,human resource management course reform has important meanings in aspect of reality and theory. The human management course reform based on the feedback teaching method include the following contents:collect the feedback of the students about teaching quality and their learning needs;integrate the new ideas in human resource management; interpret the laws and regulations in human resource management;increase interaction in courses to diversify the teaching;direct the student the methods in finding jobs.
