Field Survey on Contract of Dairy Farming in Changji Prefecture of Xinjiang

本文基于实际调研,系统介绍了在奶牛养殖业面临滑坡的背景下,新疆昌吉州大力发展奶牛养殖托牛所的背景、做法、成效、组织形式创新及其影响。昌吉州以发展托牛所促进奶牛养殖业转型升级的经验值得其他地区借鉴。

This Paper isbased on field survey to Changji Prefecture of Xinjiang. It introduces in details the backgrounds,experienceand the effects as well as the organizational renovationand its implications of establishing a contract dairy farming model in the context of decrease of dairy production in Changji Prefecture. The contract dairy farming model which is currently practicedin Changji Prefecture of Xinjiang could be duplicated in the other provinces in the process of pushing forward the transformation from a small backyard dairy farming to a large sized dairy farming.
