本文对"第四届中国工业发展论坛——‘十三五’时期中国工业与京津冀协同发展"的主要学术观点进行了总结。与会专家学者围绕"十三五"时期中国工业发展、京津冀协同发展以及新型智库建设等重要议题进行了深入研讨。本次论坛反映了国内学者对新常态下中国工业转型升级的最新研究成果。同时,会上举行了中国社会科学院京津冀协同发展智库的揭牌仪式,与会代表就智库建设与可持续发展发表了建设性的意见。

This paper summarizes the major points of the 4th Forum on China＇s Industrial Development： China＇s Industry in the 13th Five-Year Period and Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region. The experts and scholars mainly discussed the following issues： China＇s industry in the 13th Five-Year period, the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and the construction of new think-tank. This forum reflects the latest research achievements by domestic scholars on China＇s industrial transformation and upgrading in the context of New Normal. After the opening ceremony of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei think-tank, the delegates gave some suggestions on the construction and sustainable development of think-tank.
