利率市场化改革相关利益主体的博弈分析及政策建议

A Game Analysis to the Related Benefit Bodies in the Market-oriented Reforms of Interest Rate and the Policy Suggestion

市场经济条件下,利率不仅是资本的定价基础,更是提高资源利用效率的关键。利率市场化改革是一项系统工程,牵涉到众多利益主体,包括政府、国有企业及大型企业、中小企业、商业银行、群众力量等。利率市场化改革须由市场参与主体自行决定利率,本文通过研究利率市场化给相关利益主体带来的影响以及各利益相关主体应该采取的策略,进行各利益主体之间的博弈分析,最后提出中国利率市场化进程的相关建议。

Under the market economy, interest rate is not only the basis for pricing capital but also the key for improving the efficiency of resource utilization. The market-oriented reforms of interest rate is a systematic project, involving many benefit bodies such as sized state owned enterprises, medium and small-sized enterprises, commercial banks, mass force, etc. The core of the market-oriented reforms in the area is that the interest rate should be decided by the market participants. Through the studies on the influence to the related benefit bodies brought by the interest rate marketization and their corresponding countermeasures, this paper aims at giving a game analysis among the benefit bodies. Lastly, this paper puts forward the related suggestion to the progress of interest rate marketization in China.
