摘要
对全承载式客车骨架焊接中的T型接头建模和数值模拟,通过计算得出结论:在保证焊缝质量的前提下,优先选择小的焊接电流和电弧电压、较快的焊接速度进行顺序焊接,以减小焊接变形,控制车身精度。
Through moldeling and numerical simulation of T-shaped weld joints of monocoque coach framework, the authors calculate and get the conclusion that on the premise of ensuring weld quality, priority should be given to small weld amperage, small arc voltage and faster weld speed to orderly weld so as to reduce the weld deformation and control the body accuracy.
