客车空调冷凝器动态气流换热性能试验与优化设计

摘要 顶置式客车空调冷凝器的布置结构导致车辆行驶时空气流通受阻,影响制冷效率。本文通过切实可行的方法对客车空调冷凝器的动态气流进行优化处理。结果表明,优化后的冷凝器散热较好,动态降温性能得到改善。 The structure and layout of the condenser roof-mounted of bus / coach air conditioners lead to the air-flow resistance increase when the bus / coach is running, thus the refrigeration efficiency is affected. This article studies the feasible methods to optimize the dynamic airflow of passing the condenser of bus / coach air conditioner. The results show that the heat-exchange performance of the optimized condenser is good, and the dynamic cooling capacity is improved.
