多学科早期干预对早产儿体格发育和智力影响的研究 被引量:32

Effect of early multidisciplinary intervention on physical and mental development of preterm infants

摘要 目的探讨产科、新生儿科、儿童保健康复科共同协作早期干预对早产儿体格发育及智力的影响。方法2011年1月至2013年10月在九江市妇幼保健院产科出生,儿童保健科随访就诊的早产儿1142例作为研究对象(除外先天畸形和遗传代谢性疾病),分为观察组和对照组。观察组为该院出生多学科协作管理,早期教育的基础上强化按摩、体操、动作、主动运动训练、定期随访,出现异常者早期进行综合康复治疗的早产儿;对照组出生后未主动进行早期干预,随访过程中出现异常情况再进行康复治疗。结果 6个月、1岁、1岁半及2岁时观察组早产儿的体重生长、智力发育指数(MDI)和运动发育指数(PDI)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多学科早期共同干预可以促进早产儿体格和智力发育,并改善其预后。 Objective To investigate the effect of early multidisciplinary intervention on physical and mental develop- ment of preterm infants, which involves joint efforts of obstetrics, neonatology and child health rehabilitation.Methods Totally 1142 cases of preterm infants (excluding congenital malformations and genetic metabolic diseases ) which was born in the department of obstetrics and visited the department of child health rehabilitation in Jiujiang Women' s and Children's Hospital during January,2011 to October,2013 were divided into control group and intervention group. In- fants in the intervention group, in addition to be given early education, received trainings such as massage, physical movement, gymnastic and active exercise as well as regular follow-up visits.But infants in the control group only received rehabilitation treatment when abnormal conditions occurred and no early intervention was conducted. Results Infants in intervention group had higher weight gain, Mental Development Index (MDI) and Phyehomotive Development Index (PDI) than infants in control group when they were 0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2 years old, respectively (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Early multidisciplinary intervention can boost physical and mental development of preterm infants, and improve their future life quality.
