基于钻石模型海洋装备制造业升级对策——以宁波为例

Upgrading Countermeasures of Marine Equipment Manufacturing Industry Based on Diamond Model： A Case Study of Ningbo

培育和发展高端装备制造业,是我国由制造大国向制造强国转变、提升产业核心竞争力的必然要求。作为高端装备制造业,海洋装备制造业正面临发展的关键时期,及时升级十分必要。文章以宁波为例,从生产要素、需求条件、相关与支持产业、企业战略与竞争、政府、机会等几个方面入手分析,运用钻石模型解析产业升级原理,并从构建企业核心竞争力、发展高端要素、整合资源以加强产业关联、内需拉动、建立生态型可持续发展模式等几个角度提出产业升级对策。

Cultivating and developing advanced equipment manufacturing industry is the inevitable requirement for China to change from a big manufacturing country into a powerful one and to enhance the core competitiveness of the industry. As one of the advanced equipment manufacturing industry, marine equipment manufacturing industry is now facing critical period of development, thus timely upgrading is very necessary. Taking Ningbo as an example, development status of marine equipment manufacturing industry was analyzed by diamond model from the point of production factors, demand conditions, related and supporting industries, corporate strategy and competition, government, opportunity. On this basis, the principle of industrial upgrading was explored based on adjusted diamond model. Finally, path of transformation and upgrading of marine equipment manufacturing industry was proposed from the following perspective as building the core competitiveness of enterprises, developing advanced production factors, integrating resources and strengthening related industries, stimulating industry by domestic demand, and establishing ecological sustainable development model.
