我院3473例次儿童药物咨询分析

Analysis of 3,743 Cases of Drug Consultation for Children in Our Hospital

目的:调查我院用药咨询内容,为提高患儿用药依从性提供依据。方法:对我院2014年2月至2015年1月门诊咨询窗口咨询并登记的药物咨询记录3 473例次,按药物类别、咨询内容和咨询患儿年龄等方面进行统计分析。结果:咨询的药物类别排序前3位分别为抗感染药物(24.39%)、消化系统药物(20.30%)和中枢神经系统药物(14.11%);咨询的内容以药物用法用量最多,占36.63%。咨询对象以婴幼儿最多,占40.17%。结论:为患儿家长提供用药咨询服务,能促进合理用药,提高患儿用药依从性。

Objective： To investigate the contents of medicine consultation in our hospital,and to provide data for improving drug compliance in children. Methods： The records of medication advisory service from February 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were collected. Categories and contents of medicine consultation and children’s age were classified and analyzed. Results： Of the total drugs consulted,antimicrobials（ 24.39%）,digestive system drugs（ 20.30%） and central nervous system drugs（ 14.11%） lead the first three places. Dosage and administration was the most of medicine consultation（ 36.63%）. The most consultation of children was infant（ 40.17%）. Conclusion： The service of medicine consultation can help doctors use medicine reasonably and raise sick children drug compliance.
