关于见义勇为行政奖励统一立法已经提上我国立法议程。就见义勇为行政奖励而言,统一立法必须突出其法律地位,明确政府在见义勇为行政奖励中的职责,统一奖励的具体内容,规范奖励的程序,完善奖励的救济措施,从而切实维护见义勇为者的利益,为见义勇为行政奖励提供国家层面上的法律依据。

The uniform legislation of the administrative reward of righteous behavior has been put on the agenda of Chi- nese legislation.As far as the administrative reward of righteous behavior,the uniform legislation must highlight its legal status,make clear the government＇s responsibilities in righteous behavior,unify the concrete content,standard reward pro- cedures ,improve the remedy measures of reward ,so as to safeguard the interests of the country do boldly what is righ- teous,provide a legal basis for the level of rewards do boldly what is righteous.
