摘要
增强产学研协同创新团队内部知识转移效率对于提高国家科技创新能力,最终促进产业发展、人才培养和科学研究功能的整体提升具有重要意义。依托耗散结构理论,分析了产学研协同创新团队知识转移的耗散结构特征,在此基础上提出了产学研协同创新团队知识转移模型,最后推导出产学研协同创新团队知识转移的熵变模型并加以分析,以此阐释产学研协同创新团队知识转移的机理。
It is significant for enhancing knowledge transfer efficiency of industry-university-research collaborative innovation team to improve the national science and technology innovation ability, and ultimately promote the development of the industry, personnel training and scientific research function. Based on the dissipative structure theory, the paper analyzes the dissipative structure of knowledge transfer in industry-university-research collaborative innovation team and puts forward the knowledge transfer model of the industry-university-research collaborative innovation team. In the end, the paper deduces and analyzes the entropy change model of knowledge transfer of industry-university-research collaborative innovation team in order to explain the mechanism of knowledge transfer in industry-university-research collaborative innovation team.
