摘要
杭州茶馆业历史悠久,在市民生活中扮演重要的角色。文章立足民国这段时期,探讨杭州茶馆在数量规模上的阶段性变化,区域分布上与杭州商业的诸多联系,原有功能上的增加和新的发挥,并结合当时的政治、经济和社会人文环境,探究茶馆发展变化的可能因素。
Hangzhou teahouse industry has a long history. It plays an important role in public life. This article explores Hangzhou teahouses＇ periodic changes during the Republic of China in terms of their number, scale, regional links to Hangzhou commerce, and functional addition and extension. Political, economic and social reasons for these changes are also discussed.
