基于VB与CAN总线技术的AMT台架监测系统的设计

摘要 针对AMT的研制过程开发了AMT台架监测系统,包括硬件电路及软件的设计。以MC9S12XS128为微控制器实现现场数据的采集,通过微控制器中的CAN模块及USBCAN接口卡实现与PC机的实时通信,利用VB的可视界面开发了AMT数据采集系统的监控平台。实践表明,系统稳定可靠,为提高AMT系统的开发效率提供了一个操作简单且实用的平台,有实际的应用价值。 The AMT platform monitoring system was developed for the developing process of AMT, including the design of hardware circuit and software. The Mcgs12xs128 is taken as the microcontroller to acquire the field data, in which the CAN module and USBCAN interface card are used to realize real-time communication with PC. The monitoring platform of AMT data acquisition system was developed with VB visual interface. The system is stable and reliable, and can provide a practical platform for improving the development efficiency of AMT system with simple operation. It has practical application value.
