摘要
针对微震动检波系统,设计了一种Δ-Σ技术的24位高分辨率的四通道同步数据采集系统。该系统以ADS1274为核心,采用高性能MCU-STM32F103作为系统的控制单元,具有高分辨率、高速、低功耗和低速等四种工作方式。采用RS 232通信接口接收上位机命令和传送数据,上位机中VB 6.0开发的数据处理软件对数据进行进一步的处理,比如对数据的波形进行显示、滤波等处理。
A 24-bit high-resolution four-channel synchronous data acquisition system based on Δ-Σ technology was designed for the micro-vibration detection system. The ADS1274 is taken as the core of the system, and high performance STM32F103 as the control unit of the system. The system has four operating modes of high resolution, high speed, low power consumption and low speed. The RS 232 communication interface is used to receive the command from upper computer and transfer the data to PC. The data is further processed by data processing software developed with VB 6.0, including waveform display and filtering of the data.
