摘要
为了生产高回弹性能的垫用经编间隔织物,设计并织造了12种不同结构参数的经编间隔织物,对试样进行10次重复定变形压缩测试,并通过多元线性回归模型对测试结果进行影响因子主次分析.结果表明,从结构参数角度分析,影响经编间隔织物回弹性能的因子主要是间隔丝的直径,其次是织物厚度.因此若要保证织物的支撑性能,在工艺结构参数设计时,可通过减小间隔丝的细度,增加织物的厚度,来提高织物的回弹性能.
In order to produce warp-knitted spacer fabric of high resilience, the 12 different kinds of structures warp-knitted spacer fabrics were made and tested 10 times through setting the de- formation repeatly. The impact factors of the test were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results show that the main impact factor of the resilience is the diameter of the interval of silk and the next is the thickness of the fabric at the point of structure parameter. The support performance is wanted by reducing the interval of silk fineness and fabric thickness when the structure parameter is designed to improve the resilience.
