摘要
为提高聚丙烯腈(PAN)超滤膜的亲水性和抗污染能力,采用低温氨等离子体对PAN超滤膜进行表面改性,通过接触角、水通量等指标,研究膜的亲水性、膜通量及对蛋白质的截留特性.结果表明,等离子体接枝改性后的膜,水接触角由原始的57°降低至17°,亲水性能明显提高,纯水通量、牛血清蛋白通量和截留率均大于原始膜,等离子体接枝改性的膜的抗污染性能增强.
To improve hydrophilic and anti-fouling of PAN ultrafiltration membrane, surface modificatilen was conducted with low-temperature NH3 plasma. Hydrophilic performance membrane of the flux and rejection properties of the protein were studied by the contact angle, water flux and other measuring indexes. The results show that the plasma membrane's water contact angle after grafted is reduced from the original 57° to 17° the hydrophilic performance is improved significantly, water flux and bovine serum albumin flux and rejection rate are larger than the original membrane and anti-fouling of the membrane is strengthened.
