摘要
以钨酸铵为钨源,硫酸为调节剂,硫酸铵为辅助剂,采用水热法获得三氧化钨粉末,然后经高温煅烧后得到晶体三氧化钨.通过热重分析(TGA)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等手段对其组成和尺寸进行表征.结果表明,所得为斜方晶系纳米三氧化钨,在催化H_2O_2氧化环己酮合成己二酸的反应中表现出较高的催化活性,可使己二酸产率达75.3%.
The tungsten trioxide powder was synthesized from hydrothermal method through ammonium tungstate as the tungsten source, sulfuric acid as regulator, ammonium sulfate as auxiliary agent. Then the tungsten trioxide powder was calcinated to obtain crystal tungsten trioxide,whose composition and measure were characterized by use of thermo gravimetric anal- ysis (TGA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray photoe- lectron spectroscopy (XPS). It shows that the crystal is orthorhombie tungsten trioxide. The catalytic activity was investigated by cyclohexanone to adipic acid using H2O2. The results show that the prepared WO3 catalyst has higher catalytic efficiency. The yield of adipic acid is up to 75.3%.
