摘要
为提高喷气织机工作效率,减少断纬及停车,通过优化工艺参数,利用LabVIEW编写喷气织机综合性能测试程序并开发其测试系统,达到节能的目的.该测试系统可实时检测喷气织机筘槽内的气压以及引纬过程中的纬纱张力.测试试验表明,该系统能够检测出喷气织机筘槽内的气压以及引纬过程中的纬纱张力变化情况,性能稳定并可靠.
In order to improve the working efficiency of air-jet loom, reduce broken weft and parking, energy saving is achieved through paramenter optimization. LabVIEW is used to design jet looms comprehensive performance test program and develop the test system. The system is a real-time detection of the reed groove pressure of air-jet loom and the weft tension in the process of weft insertion. The test results show that the system can detect the reed groove air pressure of air-jet loom and the changes of weft tension in the process of weft insertion,and that the performance is stable and reliable.
