神经性皮炎患者生活质量及影响因数分析

Study on quality of life in patients with neurodermatitis

目的探讨神经性皮炎患者的生活质量及其影响因数。方法使用皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)量表评价140例神经性皮炎病例组和98例健康对照组的生活质量,并使用SPSS 17.0对病例组生活质量的影响因数进行Spearman相关分析及多元线性逐步回归分析。结果病例组的DLQI各项得分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。生活质量评分与皮疹部位、病程、瘙痒和肥厚程度显著相关(P<0.01);而皮疹部位、就诊次数、瘙痒和肥厚程度影响了DLQI评分(P<0.05);神经性皮炎对患者生活质量的影响主要表现在症状和感受方面(32.16%),其次是休闲娱乐(23.49%),最少的是人际关系(5.09%)。结论神经性皮炎对患者生活质量有中等程度影响,多种因素影响了患者的生活质量,临床工作中应给以关注。

Objective To evaluate the influence of neurodermatitis on the Qol in patients and analyze the relevant factors. Methods One hundred and forty patients with neurodermatitis and ninty-eight cases of healthy controls were assessed with dermatology life quality index （DLQI）. Spearman correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to measure related factors and influencing factors to patients with neurodermatitis by SPSS 17.0. Results The DLQI scores of patients with neurodermatitis were higher than healthy controls （all P〈0.01）. The total score of DLQI was Significantly correlated to erythra position/clinical course/the severity of pruritus and pachynsis （all P〈0.01）. Erythra position,frequency of visit, severity of pruritus and pachynsis affected the scores of DLQI （all P〈0.05）. The impact of neurodermatitis was observed mainly on the＂ symptoms and feeling＂ （32. 16%）,followed by＂ Recreation＂（23.49%）,last interpersonal relationship（5.09%）. Conclusion Neurodermatits moderately affects the Qol of the patients. Multiple factors affect the scores of DLQI,and they shoud be paid more attention by the dermatologis in the clinical practice.
