改良Mulliken法修复双侧唇裂的临床分析

Clinical experience of modified Mulliken method in repairing bilateral cleft lip

目的探讨改良Mulliken法修复双侧唇裂的手术方式及效果。方法对2011-01~2014-12国际微笑行动救助的26例双侧唇裂患者,采用改良Mulliken术式进行修复。结果 26例患者术后均Ⅰ期愈合,唇高、鼻翼和唇红形态对称,唇弓形态良好,上唇运动协调一致。结论双侧唇裂行改良Mulliken法修复,可获得满意的外形及功能,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To explore the operation methods of modified Mulliken method and effect of the repair of bilateral cleft lip. Methods Twenty-six infants were treated by Modified Mulliken method from 2011-01-2014-12. Results All of infants primary healing was obtained,with symmetry bilateral lip height,pinnanasi,red lip and better morphology of labial arch. The upper lip movement coordination. Conclusion The patients Can get excellent nasolabial profile and function through modified Mulliken method, This method is worthy of clinical popularization and Application.
