基于社会网络分析的中医药治疗颈椎病学术团队研究

Research on Academic Teams for Cervical Spondylopathy Treatment with Chinese Medicine Based on Social Network Analysis

目的分析中医药治疗颈椎病的主要学术团队及其诊疗思想。方法检索中国学术期刊全文数据库2005年2月至2015年2月收录的中医药治疗颈椎病文献,导出文献题录并提取作者信息,根据普赖斯定律以及综合指数等确定核心作者,采用社会网络分析法绘制核心作者关系图,并利用文献计量学方法统计分析相关主题词,总结中医药治疗颈椎病的研究热点及各研究团队的主要学术思想。结果共纳入文献4528篇,得到核心作者候选人84位、核心作者48位;凝练出9支主要研究团队,其学术思想主要集中于采用推拿手法治疗、采用推拿及中药等综合疗法治疗、以针灸为主治疗;目前研究主要集中在神经根型和椎动脉型,治法以推拿手法及针灸为主,综合疗法亦受到重视。结论中医药治疗颈椎病领域目前研究已比较成熟,发展渐趋平稳,中医药治疗作为有效方法得到较为广泛的关注,值得进一步推广。

Objective To analyze the main medicine and their diagnosis and treatment idea. academic teams Methods for cervical spondylopathy treatment with Chinese China Academic Journals Full-text Database were searched to find documents on treating cervical spondylopathy with Chinese medicine published from February 2005 to February 2015. Relevant records were exported and information on authors was extracted. The core authors were identified based on Price Law and comprehensive index. Relation diagram of core authors was drawn using social network analysis method. The related subject headings were analyzed with bibliometrics method. The research focus in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy with Chinese medicine and main academic ideas of each team were summed up. Results Totally 4528 documents were collecte, from which 84 candidates of core authors and then 48 core authors were obtained. The academic ideas from 9 main academic teams were summed up which mainly focused on three aspects, including adopting massage for treatment, adopting comprehensive therapy for treatment such as massage and herbs, and acupuncture-based treatment. The current research by those academic teams mainly focuse on nerve root type and vertebral artery type of cervical spondylopathy. Treatment methods were mainly based on massage and acupuncture. Comprehensive treatment methods were also used. Conclusion Research in treatment of cervical spondylopathy with Chinese medicine has been mature, with a gradually stable tendency. As an effective method, Chinese medicine treatment gets wide attention, which is worth to be further popularized.
