综合电生理监测在听神经瘤手术中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨综合电生理监测技术在听神经瘤手术中对面听神经功能的保护价值。方法回顾性分析42例经枕下乙状窦后入路切除听神经瘤资料,术中行脑干听觉诱发电位、体感诱发电位、脑神经自发肌电图和诱发肌电图动态结合监测,术中确定面神经的完整性,术后评估面听神经功能。结果肿瘤全切除38例(90.5%),次全切4例(9.5%),面神经解剖保留41例(97.6%),术后随访面神经功能分级House-BrackmannⅠ、Ⅱ级28例,Ⅲ、Ⅳ级14例,无重度和完全面瘫病例。结论综合神经电生理监测技术可提高听神经瘤手术的精确性和安全性。
