溃疡软膏中3种有效成分的HPLC法测定

Determination of Three Effective Components in Dental Ulcer Ointment by HPLC

建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定溃疡软膏中的醋酸氯己定、地塞米松磷酸钠和盐酸达克罗宁。使用Diamonsil C18色谱柱,以醋酸泼尼松为内标,乙腈∶0.1%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长270 nm。醋酸氯己定、地塞米松磷酸钠和盐酸达克罗宁分别在0.1~1.0、0.015~0.15和0.03~0.3 mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率分别为102.35%、103.28%和101.57%,RSD为1.85%、2.15%和1.74%。

An HPLC method was established for the simultaneous determination of chlorhexidine acetate, dexamethasone sodium phosphate and dyclonine hydrochloride in dental ulcer ointment. Prednisone acetate was used as the internal standard. A Diamonsil C18 column was used, with the mobile phase of acetonitrile ： 0.1% phosphoric acid by gradient elution at the detection wavelength of 270 nm. The calibration curves were linear for chlorhexidine acetate, dexamethasone sodium phosphate and dyclonine hydrochloride in the ranges of 0.1--1.0, 0.015--0.15 and 0.03--0.3 mg/ml, respectively. Their average recoveries were 102.35%, 103.28% and 101.57%, with RSDs of 1.85%, 2.15% and 1.74%, respectively.
