Progress in the Research of Novel Injectable Drug Delivery Systems

摘要 随着药物制剂技术的发展,基于脂质体、微乳、微球、纳米粒和原位凝胶等的新型注射给药系统,已成为药剂学领域研究的热点。这些给药系统具有减少注射次数、提高疗效和降低不良反应等优点。本文综述了不同新型注射给药系统上市或处于临床试验的产品、制备方法、所面临的问题以及在药物研发中的应用。 With the development of pharmaceutical technology, the novel injectable drug delivery systems based on liposomes, microemulsions, microspheres, nanoparticles and in situ hydrogel have attracted more and more attentions. These systems have the advantages of reducing frequency of injection, improving therapeutic effect and reducing side effects. In this paper, based on the above-mentioned systems, the novel injections marketed or in clinical trials, preparation methods, issues in developing products and applications on the development of drugs are reviewed.
