摘要 目前小角度测量技术的准确度及精度已随着科技发展及各项技术发明得到了很大的提升,尤其是光学小角度测量技术中的内反射角度测量法,秉承了光学测量精度高的优点,对信号的抗干扰性要求更高。针对全内反射测角中的光强检测方法,设计了信号调制解调系统及稳功率驱动保护电路,提高了测量光的抗干扰性及测量的准确度,并对处理电路进行了分析和仿真,为高精度小角度在线测量提供了可靠的信号处理方法。 Now the accuracy and precision of the small-angle measurement technique were greatly improved with the technological inventions and the development of science and technology, especially optical angle measurement technology. In recent years,the internal reflection angle measurement method enjoyed a rapid development,it had high accuracy and the system was relatively simple,but it required a high anti-interference signal source. Under this premise, a signal modulation and demodulation system and a stable power driver protection circuit were designed based on the internal reflection light intensity angle detecting method,and the processing circuits were analyzed and simulated in order to provide a guarantee for the high-precision small-angle online measurement.
