透明质酸在TLRs介导炎症中作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 透明质酸是一种高分子聚合物,目前在眼科除了作为黏弹剂应用于手术操作之外,还可作为药物媒介延长滴眼液中药物在眼表的作用时间,并且透明质酸本身可作为人工泪液,应用于干眼症等疾病的治疗。随着Toll样受体(toll-like receptors,TLRs)在固有免疫中研究深入,透明质酸与TLRs介导炎症之间的相互作用也逐渐成为研究热点。高分子量透明质酸通过CD44受体抑制TLRs介导炎症,低分子量透明质酸反而具有促炎效应。了解透明质酸对TLRs介导炎症的影响有助于了解内外源性不同分子量透明质酸不同生理特性及对炎症的不同效应,并为透明质酸在眼表炎性疾病中的研究及应用提供基础理论支持。文中就透明质酸分类、体内合成与代谢、在TLRs介导炎症中的作用及眼科中的应用前景做一综述。
