LY-Fr3型泪道引流管双路置入法在下泪小管断裂吻合术中的应用

Application of LY-Fr3 lacrimal drain tube double-passage intubation in anastomosis for inferior lacrimal canalicular laceration

目的观察LY-Fr3型泪道引流管双路置人法在下泪小管断裂吻合术中的应用效果。方法于2013年6月至2014年6月在绍兴市人民医院眼科经手术显微镜下，对19例（19只眼）外伤性下泪小管断裂实施泪小管断裂吻合术，使用LY—Fr3型泪道引流管作支撑物，引流管两端分别自上、下泪小点经双路置入。结果术后3-6个月拔管，随访6-12个月，治愈15例（78．95％（15／19）），好转3例（15．79％（3／19）），无效1例（5．26％（1／19））。结论LY—Fr3型泪道引流管双路置入用于下泪小管断裂吻合术的方法操作方便，疗效确切。

Objective To observe the effect of using LY-Fr3 lacrimal drain tube double-passage intubation in anastomosis for inferior lacrimal canalicular laceration. Methods Nineteen cases （19 eyes） of traumatic inferior lacrimal canalicular laceration, under operating microscope implementation of lacrimal duct anastomosis using LY-Fr3 lacrimal drain tube for stent, tube inserted through the lacrimal punctum using the double-passage mode. Results Tubes were removed 3-6 months postoperatively and followed-up for 6-12 months, 15 cases （78.95% （15/19）） were cured, 3 cases （15.79% （3/ 19）） were improved and 1 case （5.26% （1/19）） was ineffective. Conclusions The method of using LY-Fr3 lacrimal drain tube double-passage intubation in anastomosis for inferior lacrimal canalicular laceration is simple and sure efficacy.
