中文版延长哀伤障碍问卷的信效度验证 被引量：7

摘要 目的 探讨中文版延长哀伤障碍问卷（prolonged grief disorder questionnaire,PG-13）在中国地震丧亲者中使用的信效度,从而为地震丧亲者延长哀伤障碍（prolonged grief disorder,PGD）的快速诊断和筛查奠定基础。方法 翻译、修订、回译英文版PG-13,形成中文版,并对366名“5·12”地震丧亲者进行问卷调查,评价其信效度。结果 中文版PG-13总问卷内容效度指数（content validity index,CVI）为0.92;探索性因素分析提取3个公因子,累积贡献率为64.817%,项目因子负荷值为0.453~0.831;效标关联效度为0.739;中文版PG-13总问卷Cronbach’sα系数为0.852;总问卷Guttman分半系数为0.753;重测信度系数为0.820。结论 中文版PG-13具有良好的信效度,可作为我国地震丧亲者PGD的快速诊断工具,从而为临床治疗提供科学依据。
