摘要 从钢材化学成分的角度出发,通过改变钢中Nb、C元素含量,开展了锅炉用钢材腐蚀性能研究。结果表明,Nb、C元素含量对钢材晶间腐蚀性能影响较大,当Nb/C比大于7.8时,可以保证Nb(C,N)充分析出,有利于提高锅炉用钢材的抗腐蚀性能。 The corrosion properties of the steel for boiler was studied by changing the content of Nb and C. The results show that the content of Nb and C has a significant impact on the intergranular corrosion of the steel. When the Nb/C is greater than 7.8, the Nb (C,N) can full precipitate, which would improve the corrosion resistance of the steel for boiler.
