摘要
以150t钢包为原型,采用FLUENT数值模拟软件研究超声波对改善钢液搅拌效果、优化超声波工作杆和频率的作用。模拟结果表明:超声波能够改变钢包内部的压力分布,有利于去除夹杂物和气体;超声波工作杆位置为0.52 H时产生负压的位置较佳,有利于减少超声波能量的损失,充分发挥超声波净化作用;频率范围在20~40 k Hz时,频率越大,空化作用越大。
Taking the 150t ladle as prototype, the influence of ultrasound on improving molten steel stirring effect, optimizing the position and frequency were investigated using FLUENT numerical simulation software. The results show that the ultrasound can change the distribution of pressure in ladle and remove inclusions and gases effectively. It can reduce the loss of energy and play a role of ultrasound cleaning effectively when the location of ultrasound is 0.52 H. In the range of the frequency of 20--40 kHz, the role of cavitation increases as frequency increasing.
