摘要
通过施加电磁搅拌分别制备了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢和KmTBCr20Mo2高铬铸铁两种钢铁材料的半固态试样,观察了电磁搅拌对两种钢铁材料初生相形成的影响。结果表明,电磁搅拌可以对钢铁材料初生相的形态产生明显的影响,并且电磁搅拌对不同钢铁材料初生相的影响存在差异。
Semi-solid specimens of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel and KmTBCr20Mo2 high chromium cast iron were prepared by electromagnetic stirring system, the effect of electromagnetic stirring on the primary phase of two steel materials was observed. The results show that the electromagnetic stirring has an obvious influence on primary phase of steel materials, and there are differences in the effects of electromagnetic stirring on different steel materials.
