摘要
针对大型超薄筒形件减薄旋压成形时易出现旋压失稳的缺陷,研究了一种全新的同步旋转模环旋压工艺,分析了其工作原理和旋压鼓形的形成机理,运用有限元软件Simufact Forming分析了两类变薄旋压成形在相同工艺参数下的等效应力、鼓形和能量情况。结果表明,相比强力旋压,同步旋转模环旋压不易引起鼓形失稳,稳定性更好,精度更高。
A novel synchronous rotary mould ring spinning process was studied aiming at the defects of the spinning instability in flow forming process of lager and super thin tube. The operation principle and the forming mechanism of drum style were analyzed. The effective stress, drum style and energy under the same process parameters by the two types of flow forming were studied by finite element software Simufact Forming. The results show that it is uneasy to cause drum style instability by synchronous rotary mould ring spinning process, and the stability and accuracy are improved.
