应用型本科院校汉语国际教育专业就业情况与对策分析——以黄山学院为例

On the Employment Situation and Countermeasures of International Chinese Education in Application-Oriented Universities——A Case Study of Huangshan University

通过对黄山学院汉语国际教育专业近5年就业数据的统计分析发现:该专业的就业主要存在就业率和研究生录取率较高、就业岗位群集中、就业区域集中、专业对口率偏低等特点。应用型本科院校汉语国际教育专业应结合自身地方性应用型的特点,进一步明确专业定位,细化培养方向,优化课程体系,强化专业实训,拓宽就业渠道,积极引导学生进行职业生涯规划,以提高专业的对口就业率和就业质量,实现专业的健康、稳定发展。

The employment data of international Chinese education （ICE） in Huangshan University in recent years reveal that the employment rate and the postgraduate enrollment rate are high, the employment post-clusters and employment regions are concentrated and the rate of fitness of major training and specialty of employment is low. On the basis of the observations above, this paper suggests that specialty orientation should be clearly defined, the cultivation directions refined, the curriculum system optimized, the professional training strengthened, employment channels expanded, and the career planning well guided. Thus a high employment quality and a stable development of ICE in Application-Oriented Universities can be well guaranteed.
