摘要
本文以NY高校辅导员为例,主要采用问卷调查法收集相关数据,运用spss19.0软件对收集的数据进行统计分析,对组织公平感量表进行信度与效度分析。通过实证研究分析认为,辅导员的组织公平感可以划分为分配公平、程序公平、领导公平及信息公平四个维度。
In this paper, NY college counselors as an example, the main use of the questionnaire survey method to collect data, the use of spss19.0 software for statistical analysis of the data collected, the scale of the organizational justice scale reliability and validity analysis. Through empirical analysis, this paper believes that under the employment relationship, the organizational justice can be divided into four dimensions: distributive justice, procedural justice, leadership justice and information justice.
