Human beings are the key in the construction of ecological civilization, which can cultivate the public awareness of ecological civilization and literacy, the cadres＇ ecological civilization awareness and ability, and contribute to the practice and promotion of ecological civilization construction, development and innovation to explore the ecological civilization in regular education laws and strengthen regular education and management of ecological civi- lization. The paper explores the regular education of ecological civilization through regional research, and takes Xi- angjiang river basin as an example to instruct the useful methods and ways in the regular education of ecological civilization that are sticking to the main melody in the content, taking concept-priority to demonstrate and lead in the form, being realistic and pragmatic, and putting the theory into practical use in the implementation.
