摘要
随着近年来高校的不断发展与建设,高校基础设施不断增加,高校学生扩招力度进一步加大,就导致高校的生源结构出现了巨大的变化,使得学生的层次、水平等存在较大的差异。在素质教育和"以人为本"的教学理念下,教师对教学模式进行探索,可以积极的采用多层面分层的教学模式,从而实现对学生的个性化教学,并有效提升教学质量。
With the continuous development of colleges and universities in recent years, the construction of col- lege infrastructure continues to increase, further intensifying the strength of student enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, which leads to a huge change in the college students' sources and structures, and big differences in the students' level. Under the idea of quality education and the teaching idea of 'people-oriented', to explore teach- ing mode, teachers can adopt multi-level hierarchical teaching modes, and realize individual teaching and effectively improve the teaching quality by exploring teaching mode.
