高校教学管理人员专业化建设的思考

高等院校是高等人才培养的摇篮,承担着教学、科研等重要职能。随着高校的不断扩招,高校办学规模不断扩大,在校生人数不断增加,对教学管理的要求越来越高,高校教学水平的提高离不开一只高素质、高水平的教学管理队伍,加强教学管理人员专业化建设是提高高校办学水平、推进高等教育事业发展的必然措施。本文对此进行了探讨,以期有所借鉴价值。

Universities are the cradle of higher personnel training, undertake the important functions of teaching,research and so on. With college enrollment, the university continues to expand the size of school, increasing the number of students and the requirements for teaching management. The improvement of university teaching is insepa- rable with highly qualified team of teaching management. Strengthening specialization construction of the teaching management is an inevitable measure to improve the educational level of university and promote the development of higher education.
