“微时代”背景下的高职院校学生工作的策略研究

本文首先就"微时代"给高职院校工作者带来的影响和给高职院校学生工作者带来的机遇进行了简要的阐述,接着分析了"微时代"背景下学生工作面临的困境,最后针对于此提出了微时代背景下提高学生工作的策略,以全面提升高职院校学生工作的整体水平。

This paper briefly describes the ＂micro-times＂ that influence the Higher Colleges workers in Polytech- nic and bring the opportunities to those students, then analyzes the dilemma of educating the students under the background of the ＂micro-times＂, finally proposes the strategies to promote the whole level of the students affairs in higher vocational colleges.
