摘要
高师音乐教育整体构建是基于岗位能力而展开的,延伸为职业岗位、职业目标、职业实践平台等方面更深入的思考,确定学生需要掌握的技能,将中小学的音乐教育专业核心课程无缝对接。保障核心课程的构建完整,提高音乐教师教学质量,培养更多的音乐教育师资。
The overall construction of higher normal music education is based on the position ability, extending into more in-depth thinking about professional jobs, career objectives, professional practice platform etc., and it sets the skills that the students need to master, and connects specialized core curriculum of music education in the pri- mary and secondary schools completely to guarantee the complete construction of core curriculum, improve the quality of music teachers' teaching, and train more music teachers.
