摘要
高职院校的实训指导教师因其不同于普通授课教师的职业特点,在能力建设和提升方面需要有与其职业特点相适应的方式。文章以广西农业职业技术学院为例,提出高职院校实训指导教师应具备的"五力":实操能力、协作能力、研发能力、经营能力和服务能力等五种工作能力,以及提升"五力"所需经历的五个环节,即"五环":识能、培能、用能、评能、奖能。
The training teachers of higher vocational colleges are different from the ordinary teachers in profes- sional characteristics, they need to adopt a right way to improve capacity. Taking Guangxi Agricultural Vocational and Technical College as an example, the paper puts forward the following "five teaching ability" that the teachers in higher vocational colleges should have: operational ability, cooperation ability, research and development ability, management ability and service ability, and the five steps to enhance the above five abilities: recognition, training, utilization, evaluation, rewards and punishment.
