和谐宿舍的构建从“心”教育开始——以社会心理学的视角

高校中,和谐的宿舍氛围是校园安全稳定的基础,宿舍人际关系也是高校大学生面对的最直接、最普遍、最易产生问题的人际关系。本文以社会心理学中舒茨的人际需要三维理论作为理论基础,提出高校应该在关注学生家庭背景、重视高校道德教育、引导学生自我管理、丰富宿舍文化活动四个方面入手,满足学生包容需要、支配需要、情感需要三个维度的人际需要,为高校和谐宿舍的建构提供一定的心理学理论指导。

In universities and colleges, a harmonious atmosphere is the foundation of campus safety and stability. Interpersonal relationship in dormitory is the most direct and common interpersona lrelationship which will cause problems easily for college students. This thesis adopts Schutz＇s Interpersonal Needs Theory as the foundation, and puts forward that universities and colleges should focus on students＇ family background, think highly of morality edu- cation in colleges and univer sities and guide students to manage themselves and enrich dormitory cultural activities to meet students＇ interpersonal needs of inclusion, control and emotions, which will provide some psychological theory guidance for the construction of harmonious dormitory in universities and colleges.
