摘要 为提高腐蚀管道剩余寿命预测的计算效率,利用VB6.0开发出油气集输管道腐蚀剩余寿命预测软件.介绍软件开发过程所基于的理论基础,软件的操作流程、操作界面和操作方法.为验证软件计算的可行性,通过收集的海洋立管腐蚀速率数据和结构相应的参数,对海洋立管的腐蚀速率和腐蚀剩余寿命进行预测,预测结果表明该软件不仅具有较高预测精度,而且提高计算效率,可为腐蚀的油气集输管道的定期检测、及时修补与更换提供一定的参考作用. In order to improve the evaluation efficiency of the remaining life prediction of the corroded pipeline, a residual life prediction software was developed by using VB6. 0 for oil-gas mixed-transporting pipe-line. The theoretical basis of the software development, operational flowchart of software, operation interface, and operation method were introduced in detail. In order to verify the feasibility of the software for calculation, the corrosion rate of marine riser and its corrosion residual life were predicted based on the data of corrosion rate and corresponding structural parameters collected from this marine riser, prediction result showed that the software would have not only high prediction accuracy but also greatly improve the computational efficiency, so that providing a certain reference for regular checking and prompt repair and replacement of the corroded oil-gas mixed-transporting pipeline.
