Feeding and Operation Management of SPF NIH Mice in Barrier System

为建立良好的SPF级NIH小鼠饲养的规范化、规模化生产平台,以兰州生物制品研究所SPF级实验动物屏障设施中的NIH小鼠作为研究对象,对屏障系统中SPF级NIH小鼠的饲养、管理和运营模式进行详细阐述。通过科学的饲养管理和严格的运营模式,形成了SPF级NIH小鼠的标准化、规模化生产,可为标准化实验动物的生产运营提供理论基础和参考依据。

The aim of the present study was to provide theoretical foundation and reference for the standardized production and operations of laboratory animals. Taking SPF NIH mice producing battier facility established in Lanzhou institute of biological products as example, the mode of feeding, management and operation of SPF NIF mice in barrier system were elaborated in this paper. We established a standardized and large-scale production system of SPF NIH mice in a barrier system by scientific management and strict operation.
