为建设面向信息化需求的农地承包经营权多源数据库,从面向服务和面向业务两个方面对农地承包经营权数据进行分析并归类.同时针对农地承包经营权信息化管理过程中对数据操作的可靠性、查询速度等方面的需求做了以下工作:为空间数据存储提供了合理的数据处理方案,提高了地图服务的操作效率;将承包地块权属细分到每个共有人的承包权下并以地块编码和承包方编码作为承包地块信息表的联合主键,解决了组合宗地导致信息出现遗漏等问题;通过改造土地流转/变更业务数据表,以避免土地流转/变更业务操作引起承包地块权属信息与承包地块信息表中的数据冲突.构建的数据库能够很好的满足于农地承包经营权管理信息系统的需要,为农业信息化及智能化管理奠定基础.

In order to build an information-oriented multi-source database for rural land contractual management right, the data of rural land contractual management right was analyzed and classified from both service-oriented and business-oriented aspects. Meanwhile, three aspects of work was done to enhance the reliability of data manipulation and to increase the speed of data query. First of all, a reasonable measurement was proposed to improve the operation efficiency of map service for spatial data storage. Secondly, the ownership of the land was subdivided to each co-owner and the land code and contractor code were taken as primary key, which could deal with the information missing caused by combination of land. Thirdly, the table of land transfer or change was modified in avoid of generating data conflict between the information of land ownership and the land of information table. The database not only meets the need of the information system of rural land contractual management right, but also lays a foundation for the informatization and intelligent management of agriculture.
