摘要
根据对高层建筑火灾危险源的分析和有关专家学者所给出的意见,建立了涵盖高层建筑报警与灭火系统、阻燃与防火系统、安全疏散系统、应急救援系统和安全管理及其他5个方面的体现高层建筑火灾安全的评价指标体系.利用OWA算子赋权方法确定指标体系中各级指标的权重,结合模糊理论,构建了OWA算子赋权方法与模糊评价方法相结合的高层建筑火灾安全评价模型.以青岛市某高层建筑为例,对该高层建筑的火灾安全进行了模糊评价,并根据评价结果提出了针对性的改进意见,验证了该评价方法的可行性.
According to the analysis of the fire hazards of high-rise buildings and the opinions of the relevant experts scholars, the paper sets up an evaluation index system of fire safety in high-rise building covered with alarm and fire fighting system, flame retardant and fire pro- tection systems, safety evacuation system, the emergency rescue system and security man- agement, and other five aspects. OWA operators are used to calculate the index weight of the indexes at all levels in combination with fuzzy theory to build up a high-rise building fire safety evaluation model. Finally taking a high-rise building in Qingdao as an example to pro- ceed fuzzy evaluation of fire safety in high-rise building, it puts forward the corresponding suggestions for improvement according to the evaluation results, and verifies the feasibility of the evaluation method.
