摘要
采用热箱法对CRH2型高寒动车组的车顶、侧墙、车底3个典型断面的传热系数(K值)进行实验测试,得到不同防寒材组合及不同排列方式下各断面的K值.同时将数值模拟所得到的各断面K值同实测结果进行了对比分析,通过实验对模拟结果进行修正,进而分析车体K值的影响因素,提出进一步提高车体保温性能的优化方案.结果表明多层保温材料的保温效果优于同等厚度不进行分层的材料的保温性能,且不同防寒材的组合方式对保温性能也有较大影响.模拟结果较实测结果存在一定差值,需要进一步进行修正.该结果可对新型高寒动车组车体填充保温材料的选型及保温材料排列方式的选择提供借鉴,也为之后的模拟结果的修正提供可供选择的系数.
In this paper the K value of three typical sections of the roof, side walls and bottom in CRH2H alpine EMU is tested. And the K value of each section with different combina- tions and different cold timber arrangement is gotten in comparison of the simulation results with measured ones in order to amend it. After that, factors affecting the body K values are analyzed, and a proposal for further improvement of the insulation performance of the vehicle optimization is put forward. The results show that effect of the multilayer insulation materi- als is better than the same thickness of the material, and the combination of different materi- als in different ways has a greater impact on the insulation properties. A certain difference between the simulation results exists, and the simulation results stand in need of a further correction in a choice for alpine EMU insulation materials selection, and an analog correction factor.
