应用品管圈提高老年患者医疗步行依从性的效果观察

Effect of application of quality control circle to improve the compliance of elderly patients

目的探讨品管圈质量改进方法在提高老年患者医疗步行的依从性中的效果。方法 2015年3月至8月,我科以"提高老年患者医疗步行的依从性"为主题,开展为期6个月的品管圈活动,探讨提高老年患者医疗步行的依从性的管理方法。结果 1有形成果:我科老年住院患者医疗步行的依从性由实施品管圈方案前的60.4%升高至改善中的82.7%,改善后的90.2%。进行统计学分析:改善中与改善前相比,χ2=23.35,P<0.01;改善后与改善中相比,χ2=3.92,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;2无形成果:通过本次品管圈活动,全体圈员团队凝聚力、合作精神、责任感有了明显的提升,荣誉感、快乐、积极性也有了一定程度的提高。结论开展品管圈活动,能够提升老年患者医疗步行的依从性,营造员工团队合作及学习的环境,提高本科医护人员参与质量管理及分析、解决问题的能力。

Objectives To investigate the effect of quality improvement of quality control circle in improving the compliance of elderly patients with walking. Methods From March 2015 to August, our department to ＂improve elderly patients walking medical compliance＂ as the theme, to carry out for a period of 6 months QC circle activities, to explore the management. Methods to im- prove the walking medical adherence to the elderly patients. Results The compliance of the medical walking of the elderly inpatients in our department was improved to 82. 7% in the improvement of 60. 4% after the implementation of the plan. Statistical analysis ： improvement and improved compared, X2 = 23. 35, P 〈 0. 01 ; improved and improved compared, X2 = 3.92, P 〈 0. 05, the difference is statistically significant; Ⅱ intangible results through the activity of the defective tube, all the circle team cohesion and cooperation spirit and responsibility sense has been significantly improved, sense of honor, happy, enthusiasm has also been a certain degree of improvement. Conclusions to carry out the quality management circle activities, can improve walking medical compliance of elderly patients, create a staff team collaboration and learning environment, improve the quality management and analysis, problem solving ability in undergraduate medical staff.
