将国内老年人长期照护的现状与国外相比较,包括长期照护的概念、服务对象、服务内容、服务场所、服务体系、专业力量、照护模式、社会保障制度等。提出我国目前的长期照护在护理实践中存在诸多问题,并不能满足老年人多层次、多元化的护理需求。建议我国必须加快建设长期照护专业力量与照护机构,以提升专业人员长期照护老年人的能力,完善我国的长期照护服务体系和模式。
